This apartment is in a small 12 unit complex of mostly students. It is one of the largest one bedroom apartments you'll find. It is two story, the kitchen and living room are downstairs and the bedroom, bathroom and a large walk-in closet are upstairs. CH&A, all electric. The electric is the only bill you have to have as water, sewer and garbage is paid by the owner. One pet is ok as long as it is not a big dog or mean breed of dog or a dog that is loud or bothers neighbors. There is a pet fee of $20/month. There is a small fenced backyard. We keep the rent low to compensate for the drive to campus. It is on a quiet street with little traffic. This is available now. It is for one person only.
