Our location is close to pristine beaches and redwoods with hiking trails available on the property. We are 55 minutes from San Francisco, and 45 minutes to both Redwood City and Santa Cruz. Ideal for a couple or single person. Pet's are possible, multiple pets need discussion. Utilities including: water, electricity, internet service and Youtube TV are a flat fee of $150/month. We receive our Broadband internet via Starlink. The cabin is also connected to the ranch solar batteries and standby generator. If PG&E power goes out the ranch back up systems take over. The cabin has a gas stove and On Demand gas water heating. The 50 gallon propane tank that supplies the stove will be full at the commencement of the lease. Tenant will monitor usage and let landlord know if the tank needs to be refilled. Tenant will cover the costs of the refill. Use of our private trail system is part of the rental. Great views and well maintained trails. Hiking with dogs is ok. There is space for one or two cars. No smoking allowed on this property. Pet's are permitted and there is a small space that can be used as a dog run. First month's rent is due on signing. $2500 security deposit is also due upon signing. Tenant is responsible for trash and recycling. Republic Services picks trash up weekly if tenant signs a contract. It's $250 for three months. That's about $80/month or $20/week. Tenant may grow outdoor plants and garden. Minimal landscaping to keep grounds clean is required to suppress fire danger. One year lease required. There is an option to renew monthly after that.
