It's hands down the best apartment I have seen/lived during my 3.5 years' stay in Bloomington: Quiet, Clean, Friendly, Spacious, Cheap... 799 sq ft. in total. It's on second floor, washer/dryer in the building. Master room has walk-in closet. Tenant pay for all utilities, application fee $50
