There is a single man living downstairs in the basement. The utilities will be split by the number of tenants. He have all my own amenities downstairs so there will be no need coming upstairs for anything. There is a spot upstairs to install washer and dryer, tenant downstairs has there own washer and dryer. The stairs and door going to the outside has two doors and the downstairs locks.
