We have a well maintained 2 bedroom 2 bathroom mobile home for rent. The unit includes a front deck, two car parking area, 10x12 lockable storage shed, around 850 square feet, washer and dryer. There is a $300 deposit and $30 application fee. Qualifications: provide copy of ID, have favorable prior rent history, monthly income 3 x amount rent. We do a credit check and criminal background check. The place is limited to no more than 3 people. We have a no pet policy. The place is not set up for HUD and they prefer no smoking inside.
