Wife and I spent a lot of money rebuilding. The most important thing news roofs on garage and house. Damage foundation beams, frames ex have been replaced. new kitchen. Ne floors in kitchen and laundry room. Put a new furnace in last April 2017. I flip houses but this one I was going to sell for $90.000. New windows, except for two windows. need 3 things. New carpet. I will pull the pad and carpet and clean up floor. Front door needs just a door. Back door need a frame and door. finish paint or siding. i will take more picture's when able. phone don't work so well. Wife and I are disabled. I just had 5 surgery's. last 16 months. Heart disease. artery disease. Congestive heart failure. We want to fix what we can except what was noted above. We are 60 years old. what help we can get selling or help fix it up be grateful. Still have to worry to find a place a nice place do to I'm slowing down down
