We also collect a last months rent which is paid in advance or after you move in depending on your credit. If you are curious about pets, dogs cost $50 extra per month and cats cost $100 extra per month. Finally, after you have seen the house: We do a credit check at our expense. Our two big requirements are decent credit and steady employment, if one of these happens to be an issue, please find a co-signer for the term of the lease.
