Waking up in the morning I choose to sit on my back porch and listening to the birds singing and the trees lightly rustling in the breeze is my favorite part of the day. My tall, wide windows and wall of glass outside my vaulted living room allows me the opportunity to unwind by my fireplace every evening. I have made my bedroom into a private oasis with a sliding glass door and private sleep and sitting quarters. But if you want to convert back to a 4th bedroom all you have to do is add the wall and closet. I love my kitchen and laundry area with my quaint built in coffee bar and wine cabinet. Please come tour my home. I hope to sell it to a person that will love it as much as I have. I am only selling to downsize. otherwise I would stay here forever.
