TREE GUY CAME & TOOK DOWN BIG TREES AROUND HOUSE THAT HE FELT NEEDED IT & SEVERAL OF THE REALLY BIG ONES HE SAID WERE FINE..SO YOU GET TO REALLY ENJOY THE WOODS , CAN EVEN HEAR ROOSTER CROWING SOMEWHERE AROUND YOU...IT'S JUST A OLDER HOUSE BUILT IN 70'S BUT IT'S EFFECTIVE AGE IS MUCH MORE RECENT....GARAGE IS OVERSIZED...NEW GARAGE DOORS/MOTORS ARE BEING ADDED..COULD BE A RENTAL POSSIBLY COULD SLEEP A LOT AND & I ALSO HAD SEPT PERMIT FOR 2- 1 BDR HOUSES THAT HAVE EXPIRED BUT COULD BE RENEWED ON LEFT SIDE OF DRIVEWAY GOING UP TO HOUSE & I THINK THE LAND ON THE RIGHT SIDE HAS ROOM TO HOLD A HOUSE OR TWO POSSIBLY...
