Our 1 bedroom includes a stove and fridge, storage space in the basement, hookups for a washer and dryer and a fenced in backyard. If you pay your rent using our electronic autopay, we ll discount your rent by $25/mo, thus reducing your rent to $500/mo. Tenants are responsible for the gas and electric bills while we pay for the water. Tenants are also responsbile for snow removal and lawn mowing. We prefer no pets, but are willing to negotiate with tenants who have declawed cats and/or well behaved small dogs. Our insurance does not allow dogs of a vicious breed regardless of age or temperament. That means no pit bulls, German shepherds, Rottweilers, Doberman pinschers, etc. You will need to be able to prove a gross monthly income of at least $1,500 in order to qualify. Also, we do not rent to people who have been evicted.
