Updated one level home on an excellent fishing lake connected to Big Splithand by small waterway, very quiet spot. there are two year around cabins that are nice and a couple of RV sites plumbed in with power, water and septic also. Many possibilities here close to Grand Rapids in Minnesota's Northwoods. There is also a fun recreation room for large gatherings and a heated workshop. Very nice place! Septic should easily comply.
