A remodeled beautiful co-living home located in Broward County. We have a large room available in a 4-bedroom home. Room is 2xs bigger than our average sized room that is depicted in the photo and has 2 flat screen TVs. The 2nd section of the room could be a personal seating area or a walk-in closet. There is a lot of space and privacy for a single housemate or a pet owner. The occupancy of the house is co-ed. Both indoor and outdoor of the property is routinely cleaned for your comfort. Electricity bill is split 1/5 every month. It is 10-minute drive from Las Olas, 7 minutes from Hollywood International Airport, and 3 minutes from shopping plazas. Planet Fitness is under a 5 minute drive and LA Fitness is 12 minute. Room comes with a bed, bedding (if needed), desk set, personal fridge and mounted flat screen TV. Utilites will be split 1/5 of the electric bill. There are 4 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms, 3 seating areas. Outdoor there's one seating areas (including BBQ grill and Flatscreen TV), a pool, jacuzzi and the laundry unit. Deposit can be accepted as full or in non-refundable fees paid over 6-month period. Background check is required to assure housemates are a good fit. We offer 6 12-month agreements. Premises Housemate has a furnished bedroom in the property located at XXXX Davie Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312. The room includes a personal fridge, shared bathroom, access to cooking facilities, parking for 1 vehicle, and Wi-Fi. The housemate will have access to the seating areas, full laundry room, pool, jacuzzi, and outside entertainment area as part of the house amenities. 2. Security Deposit The housemate shall pay a security deposit of $1,550 or non- refundable monthly fee of $258.30 over the course of 6 months upon signing this Agreement. The security deposit will be held by the Homeowner as security for the housemate performance of their obligations under this Agreement. The homeowner may use the deposit to cover any unpaid payment, damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear, and other breaches of the Agreement. The housemate will receive an itemized list of any deductions. The security deposit, less any deductions, will be returned to the housemate within 30 days after the termination of this Agreement. 3. Utilities The housemate is responsible for paying 1/5 of the electric bill each month. Housemates will recieve a copy of the electric bill, and the housemate's portion must be paid within 7 days of notification. Housemate's responsibility will start their second month. The bill is backdated from their move in month. Ex, you move in October then you will pay your portion in November for your October's utility bill.
