We have added new widows. They are double-paned windows with xenon gas in between that will reduce the electricity bill significantly. Also, we have added Pergo wooded flooring to the living room, dining room, and den and a new tile floor in the bathroom. Finally, we have had the pool re-plastered. It all looks fantastic!! We put on a new roof in May (2012). We lowered the price (10/01/2011) to $160,000 and then lowered it again to $145,000 as is(08/24/2012).
