It has the modern amenities you would expect to find in a home. This is the perfect setup for renters with pets and that want location more than anything. It is a typical older New England home, but its also very clean and comfy. The home has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms have a queen bed and 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds.) It's two floors and each floor has a full bathroom. Centrally located, our home offers easy access to Northern Vermont's highlights. Within 1-3 miles from UVM, Lake Champlain, Downtown Burlington, BTV airport, and brand new shopping centers within walking distance. Our home is VERY pet-friendly. There is a yard (not fenced in), plenty of driveway parking, and laundry in the basement with two brand new machines. We are flexible with lease lengths, but the minimum would be 6 months. Internet and trash is included in the rental price. Month to month Most pet situations are completely fine Electric, Gas, water paid by renter if stay is more than 6 months. Bills paid by owner if month to month for a monthly charge of $300 each month. Internet, trash, sewer paid by owner No Cigarette smoking indoors.
