WATERFRONT CABIN / DOCK OWNERSHIP IN FRONT LOOKING FOR A CASH OFFER. PLACE WAS GIVEN TO US IN 2019 AND WE REALLY DON'T NEED IT. IT HAS BEEN IN THE SAME FAMILY FOR 30 YEARS. WE RENT THIS IN THE SUMMER FOR $350 during the week for 3 nights or $450 for weekends, where you can arrive after 4 pm on Thursday if you would like. $250 for weekends in the winter. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. There is a screened walk-in porch off the family room and kitchen area. From there, take the steps down to a larger 18X30 foot type of deck for company, to grill, to watch people at the fire pit by the water, or kids on the dock. There is not many better views of the water than this lot offers. You can throw a rock in the water from the deck. Our 4 year-old can safely walk to the water/dock since this lot is not built on a cliff or has a building site far from the water. With a new steel roof put on around 7 years ago, and new flooring installed in 2020. Place is ready to move in or use in the summers for fun.
