Please correct the statement that the home was sold in 2005. I have owned this house since 2000. It was extensively remodeled in fall 2012, spring 2013 and new eaves / roof repair this June 2014. It has new wood floors, new carpeting, completely renovated kitchen, all new energy efficient windows except front and kitchen, remodeled bathroom, fresh paint throughout, and new drywall in two bedrooms.
