There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be housebroken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. Fort Clinch State Park and Egan's Creek Greenway are a short bike ride away, and beach access is just a short walk across the street. There is a Nassau County Shore Protection Project scheduled for late spring 2025, which will temporarily impact the property's beachfront. The 90-day project is expected to begin in May or June and will span E. 4th Street, north of Main Beach Park, to south of Seaside Park on Sadler Road. It will require shore piping and an extractor, and the use of this equipment could cause noise disturbances.
