Our pet-friendly rental residence is located at 28th and Pleasant, just minutes from Uptown, Downtown, Greenway, the Lakes and the best of the Twin Cities. We are served by four major bus lines and convenient to three major freeways. We are a pet-friendly community that does not discriminate against size or breed of animal. We judge the owner and the pet on its own merits. We do ask that you have a good previous rental history with your animal. Apartment has tile floors and is smoke free. Application fee $45, deposit is 1 month's rent. Cats and Dogs allowed, with deposit, monthly animal rent, and must be 1 year of age or older, plus have vet documentation. There is off street parking for only $25/month.
