Single car garage with a industrial sink in the back. 3 bedrooms and the master bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The neighbors are all friendly and the street is quiet with little traffic. About 16 minutes from Shaw AFB which makes for an easy commute for military. Section 8 is not accepted Renters responsible for water and electric Owner pays for trash and lawn service. No smoking in the home, I will allow pets with an additional pet deposit and fee Tennant is responsible for maintenance on anything they break. Any fees due to care of the house will be taken care of by owner
