Only a 1/2 mile, 3 minute drive, 12 minute walk to our favorite beach on the island, Keawakapu! There is lots of beach space, free parking, and a hotel (Mana Kai) for food or drinks. There is a walking path to the south that will take you to the beautiful resorts and beaches of Wailea, or to the north, the Kamaole beaches, shopping and dining of central Kihei. Owner pays for water and trash and internet. Electricity and internet to be paid for by tenant. Number of pets is negotiable. Home is furnished. No smoking allowed.
