We want to show our rentals, for the safety of our staff, this is our policy for showings is: 1. Fill out an application per adult. (You can get them on our site at www.maderafresno.com, or pick one up in our office, or we are happy to email,fax or mail one to you. 2. AFTER you have turned in your application with photo ID, we will set up a showing as soon as rental is available. No exceptions, this is our safety procedure. You do not have to pay for your application in advance, if you like the rental you saw, you can complete application process and pay your application fee of $25.00 per adult. This is a non refundable fee.
