Looking to sublet our apartment! Lease goes through July 31, 2017. Rent is $1,395 total. We're looking for people to move in December or January! There are technically 4 rooms that could be used as bedrooms, 1 very large, 2 medium sized, and one smaller room. Last year we had 4 people living with us and fit comfortably, this year only 3 of us reside there and have plenty of room. The management property lists it as a 2 bedroom so its a versatile space. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and very spacious. Located on Lake and Belleview near Lake Park, Cafe Hollander, Pizza Man. There is a bus stop on Downer and Belleview. There is a back deck/entrance, coin washer and dryer in the basement, a large storage unit in the basement as well. Management has been wonderful. You can pay rent online, mail check, or stop by the office which is located on Summit near by. They do allow cats! Street parking is what we use (plenty of open spots), we just buy a yearly night pass...haven't needed a day pass. They also have parking spots in the back to purchase but it's first come first serve. Trash and hot water included. Central A/C. Sublease starting December 1st or ASAP.
