Nice 3 bedroom house for a small family or couple. It is on an acre that is set up with fenced in back yard, multiple storage sheds, and a fenced pasture area for a horse of a couple bottle calves. It's a block home so utilities aren't bad. W/D hookup, Elec glass top stove, Refrigerator, and ceiling fans in almost every room ( not bathroom) Master bedroom is HUGE and the two smaller ones are single bed sized. We are only asking $500/mo first and last with $200 pet deposit for indoor pets.
