PET RESPONSIBILITY If Tenant keeps a dog or other pet on the premises: Tenant is solely responsible for the pet and its behavior at all times. Tenant must clean up after the pet immediately and at all times. Tenant shall be fully liable for any damage, injury, attack, nuisance, or claims caused by the pet. Landlord shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or issues involving Tenant's pet. 10. NOTICE TO VACATE Tenant must provide Landlord with a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice prior to vacating the premises. 11. DEFAULT Failure to pay rent, violation of this agreement, damage to the property, or failure to comply with property rules may result in termination of tenancy in accordance with Florida law.
