Enjoy our 1937 cottage with original (imperfect) hardwood floors and front porch swing. Absolutely fully furnished, linens, towels, and fully appointed kitchen... just show up with your suitcases. This is a 5 star Airbnb with private swimming pool for which we are looking for a longer term renter. Wonderful tree shaded neighborhood with great neighbors. Centrally located - only 15 min from downtown, Market District, Medical District, and Arlington Stadiums. Also Provided: * 3 Smart TVS with antenna channels. * High Chair/Mini Crib with linens provided for infants. * 3 sizes of swim jackets provided. * Lg dog crate/indoor bed, outdoor bed, bowls * Kitty litter hooded pan, bowls, scratching post Pets: * Potty trained dogs are allowed, but are required to be crated when you are not at home, and owners are required to pick up poop in yard and on neighborhood walks. Crate provided. * Litter box trained cats who do not claw furniture are allowed. * Damage to be covered by renters. Maximum 5 people allowed as residents. No smoking/vaping. No painting allowed, but we will remove any items that are in your way or you don't want in the house. Your expenses include $1,000 deposit, $2500 monthly rent, all yard and pool maintenance/chemicals, and all utility bills. I have an Excel sheet of our past bills so you can estimate your overall expenses. If you are looking for a temporary living arrangement in a clean/uncluttered comfortable home where you can just show up with your suitcases... we think you'll love our cottage.
