Two parking spaces: One garage parking space, and one in front of the front door designated parking patch. Flooring: Laminated wood Natural light and windows: Good lighting and a sliding door to the balcony overlooking the backyard. On the first floor, there is a sliding door opening to the patio in the backyard. Storage and closets: Pantry on the second floor, where the kitchen is. Each bedroom has its own closet. Appliances: Dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and one year old stove range. Smart home features: Wireless doorbells and smart thermostats. Energy efficiency: Energy-efficient features are important to some renters. Utilities: Electricity, Seattle Public Utilities for water and garbage pick up, and cable/satellite TV, internet, etc., are to be in the tenant's own name and responsibilities. The patio is fully enclosed and ideal for a pet if you have one. Our pet rental fee is very reasonable. The landlord prefers a one-year term. If a shorter term is needed, we can offer a 6-month term with a 5% additonal rent supplement per month. For Pets, there is an additional $150 fee per pet, up to 2 small dogs or cats. A $150 per pet deposit is required. Pet rent is negotiable.
