We don't expect perfect credit, and realize most people have some credit issues today... we are focused primarily on eviction history... and have ways to help almost anyone get a home, just contact us and let us know your circumstances. We do not charge an application fee, as we don't think it is fair... We don't charge administrative fees for the same reason. If you would like to rent this home, we will ask you to provide us with a printed copy of your complete credit report (you can get it for free online) also a copy of your drivers license (or state issued ID) your social security card and your most recent 3 pay check stubs. -OR- you can apply thru Zillow, which we feel is the fastest, safest and easiest way... Zillow charges like $35 for per applicant (all of which goes to them, not us) and it seems to be the best way... Move in will be the first month's rent and security deposit. The deposit will be based on your rental and credit history. If you want to reserve the home you can give us a hold / reserve deposit to hold the home and commit that you are taking it, and we will commit that we are not renting it to any one else... Whomever provides us with the acceptable credit information necessary and a deposit first will be the one to get the home.
