Landlords are responsive, very nice, and helpful (the husband is a contractor), they live few houses away. Ample street parking and also has a long driveway. No smokers please. Month-to-month. Ability to sign on for longer if it is a good fit. Renters are responsible for outdoor upkeep (mowing, pruning, and raking leaves etc).
