The living space is filled with floor to ceiling windows, giving you a beautiful view of the lake and those amazing Minnesota sunsets. If you want an even better view just head down to the dock and watch the sun set directly across the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked and even includes a large island, with plenty of counter space to cook or entertain, with full-size, updated appliances. Spread out over 1,700 square feet, Lakefront Hideaway comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is one 1 queen bed in the main floor bedroom, and another queen-sized bed in the upstairs loft area. In the second bedroom above the garage, there are 2 twin beds and plenty of room to accommodate a queen-size blow-up mattress. The loft includes a small television with an assortment of classic VHS tapes, as well as a comfy couch and chair. Spread out in the living room on the main floor with brand new furniture, and enjoy the fireplace while you play games before bedtime. Outside you will find a large patio with a beautiful built-in fire pit, as well as a large yard for activities. No residents or homes are across the lake, so your view is pure wooded forest. You can relax in the hammock, kayak the lake, grill, or play bean bag toss, all of which and more are available when you book this cabin. The dock is large enough to accommodate a boat and/or jet ski, and the public access is just down the street, making this the perfect quiet and relaxing cabin getaway. We require one months rent for deposit. Landlord caps utilities at $350 a month. Tenant responsible for anything over $350 Snow and lawn is tenant responsibility. We can provide service if needed.
