Nicest house on the street! I have no Idea why zillow has us as the cheapest place on the street. The other houses close to us have far outdated roofs and have no well irrigation systems. I made sure to dig my own, no city water irrigation here. Windows have been replaced with dual pane argon gas filled energy efficient models from window world. New hybrid heat pump water heater installed August of 2015. This baby is energy efficient! With two small kids running the washing machines a very day and most appliances, power bills rarely exceed 100 in the winter and 180 in the summer. Yes, it is a smaller home, but it is well kept and loved. Neighborhood Description Great people who live on this dead end street. It's quiet here, no traffic really and neighbors who look out for each other.
