Away from all the North Coeur D'Alene and Hayden Traffic. 15 minute bike ride to downtown Coeur D'Alene. Great family neighborhood with lots of trees. Nicely landscaped on a large corner lot with cedar fencing, Hardwood floors. New paint, carpets and flooring are in. Large backyard with two decks. 20'x20'garden area. Insulated 2 car garage with 220 volt for welder. Gated RV parking on the side of the garage. Central heat and air conditioning. Included in the rent is the garbage, water and sewer. I do require a nonrefundable comprehensive credit/background check. SORRY BUT NO CATS OR PUPPIES. One dog four years or older is ok with an additional 350.00 pet deposit. I'm only asking for a 6 month lease then a month to month rental agreement after that. 800.00 deposit and the first month's rent to move in. Spring will be here soon and it will be hard to find a nice rental like this one. Rent includes sewer, garbage and water.
