Since there is a shared wall, your dog should be ok to be left alone when you are not home and not have any anxiety issues. Continuous barking would be a problem. A credit and background check is required. There is a $40 fee for this service. If you end up being the renter, this will be refunded on your first months rent. You can also print copies of these reports yourself for your own uses or at other rental properties if you end up not being the renter at this location. Owner pays water & sewer. No smokers. Renter is responsible for their own snow removal.
