My condo is a sweet little place with some nice art and Mid Century Modern (MCM) touches and furniture. I also have some very established plants (and some newbees) that add some hominess. I will need someone to take great care of my tiny place and plants. The area and neighbors are very quiet and friendly. The condo is located next to open space, parks, and short jaunts to stores and downtown Louisville. Only about 7 minutes from Boulder and 30 minutes to Denver. I am looking for someone to take care of my home as if it is their own- it is small but I work hard to make it nice. 11 month lease for my cute condo- starting August 1st 2026 until July 1st 2027 (* please note that Zillow lists it as 1 year as they do not offer 11 month option). Electricity, heat, air conditioner, trash, water, Internet, and a variety of Roku channels ALL INCLUDED in rental price. Furnished. Must be very responsible, clean, non-smoker (of any kind), and would prefer someone with a green thumb- as I need someone who can take care of my plants (they are family). Garage will allow one car. There is small parking outside of condo as well. Must adhere to HOA rules (I can share and provide).
