Anybody wanna buy a pond? I am selling the east half of Bingaman Pond, I have shot an admittedly rudimentary lateral north to south survey of the property= 115 linear ft. from the north property line to the north shore high water mark, 120 linear ft. across the ponds width from the north shore to the south shore, another 90 ft. from the south shore high water mark to the south property line. Pond extends from the east property line to the west line. Access to the property? I'm working on it.
