Wake up and fry an egg in the sunny eat-in kitchen, using the vintage, professionally refurbished O'Keefe & Merritt cobalt blue stove. We LOVE this delightful stove, and so do our guests. In fact, we find it provides a more even heat than today's sleek, modern models. A turquoise back splash, custom-made self closing cabinets and dining area with exotic monkey pod wood bar top and vintage tractor seat stools give the whole kitchen the feel of a fun Mexican restaurant a great space to spend a night in. The bathroom includes a brand new, cast iron claw foot tub with shower. Sink into it with a glass of wine! The toilet and pedestal sink are brand new, too. But we maintained the Spanish influence with custom made tiles, a new light fixture from Mexico, and a vibrant paint color. One of our guests called it a mini Mexican mansion. The home is decorated with beautiful authentic Mexican furniture, light fixtures and artwork for our guests to enjoy.
