The bathroom has a vent fan as well as a small window which allows for plenty of ventilation. There has been no smoking in the home since we have lived here, and pets are welcomed. The yard is completely closed off which allows pets to roam freely. Although the home is on the older side, it has been well maintained. We are open to negotiation.
