    What's special

    Beautiful, private 1.46 acres near the lake. No Restrictions. The old house is not livable and no value is given to it. Sold "As Is" Don't go in the house. The floors are uneven, roof has leaked and mold. Seller or Seller's agent will not be responsible for any harm to buyers or buyer's agents that go in the house. There is an old barn and a couple of out buildings. The well is hand dug and is not very deep. It did supply enought water in the past. The septic was probably a barrel in 1920. There is no permit. This would be a very nice place to build or possible mobile home site.
