We are taking applications for a 1 bedroom 1 bath house with a small office. It is located in Tobyville which is on FM 1980 by the muffler shop. It is located off of the highway and can only be accessed by meeting us at our office first do not try to find it without our consent. The house is currently vacant and does not need much for targeted move-in of January 15. It is about 825 sq ft and is located in a treed area. It has an adjunct building with washer/dryer connections. The lease will be a minimum of 1yr at $995 plus electricity water, sewer and trash and limited WiFi are included. $750 security deposit (not last month's rent). No smoking in the house or cigarette butts on the ground. There is no fenced yard, however, pets are accepted with pet deposit which varies for number and size of pets no pit bulls. The yard must be maintained in a neighborly fashion as part of the lease, which means weed eating and mowing regularly and no junk. If you are NOT into yard maintenance, do not apply. Landlord will handle yard maintenance for an additional $100 per month in rent. Our choice of tenant will be based on the in-person interview for applicants for those that meet income criteria, criminal history, and are willing to follow the community rules and guidelines. (Must be a considerate neighbor).
