Wake up and fry an egg in the sunny eat-in kitchen, using the vintage, professionally refurbished O'Keefe & Merritt cobalt blue stove. We LOVE this delightful stove, and so do our guests. In fact, we find it provides a more even heat than today's sleek, modern models. A turquoise back splash, custom-made self closing cabinets and dining area with exotic monkey pod wood bar top and vintage tractor seat stools give the whole kitchen the feel of a fun Mexican restaurant a great space to spend a night in. The bathroom includes a brand new, cast iron claw foot tub with shower. Sink into it with a glass of wine! The toilet and pedestal sink are brand new, too. But we maintained the Spanish influence with custom made tiles, a new light fixture from Mexico, and a vibrant paint color. One of our guests called it a mini Mexican mansion. The home is decorated with beautiful authentic Mexican furniture, light fixtures and artwork for our guests to enjoy. There are ocean breeze blowing in through the many gorgeous new double hung windows. Dimmers on most of the lights throughout the home create a special glow and ambiance in the evening.
