The lowest (basement) floor is a half level down from the entry floor and has a third bedroom with adjoining bathroom, and a combination TV room/office. Doors, trim and baseboard are natural finish clear fir, and all door hardware is Emtek. Hardwood flooring throughout entry level and 3rd level is new 4" oak plank, and carries to the 4 new stair sets (1 set from basement to entry level, 2 sets from entry level to community space level, and 1 set to master suite). All windows are new, insulated double pane. Roof is new 30 year commercial grade PVC. Rebuild of the house included all new wall and ceiling insulation; new plumbing with Pex tubing and fittings, tankless water heater, and new plumbing fixtures; new electrical panel, wiring, and fixtures; and new hydronic in-wall heating system with localized controls (5 separate zones).
