Neighborhood Description Active lifestyle community with every possible amenity except for golf. (Arrangements are in place to play golf at a nearby community.) Love the close proximity to Southwest Florida Regional Airport, the incredible Coconut Pointe Mall, and the beloved Miramar Outlet Mall. Exterior maintenance is provided by the HOA and any requested attention is promptly handled. Great neighbors, wonderful street, nice age mix from early 30s to retirees. Every single lot has a canal view from the lanai. No complaints about build quality. We feel that we received excellent value and that value is increasing.
