This is a 55+, however if you are not 55yrs old you can still buy in here. You just can't live in it permanently. But you can rent it out when you are not enjoying it for yourself. Can be used for short and /or long-term rental. It feels like you are out in the middle of wilderness with the river and the forest. But jump on Hwy 40 and go just 7 miles and everything you want is there. Enjoy the day kayaking from Silver Springs Park take the river downstream you can pull your kayak out here at the resort. There are Jeep trails minutes away. One of my favorites is Hard Rock Motto Cross track just 15 minutes away. Fine dining and all that historic downtown Ocala has to offer is just minutes away. Kid Friendly 2 weeks at a time are allowed. There is so much to do Kayaking, walking trails, community Pool and many more amenities are offered within the community, Located near multiple state parks such as Silver Springs, Juniper Springs, Salt Springs, Museums, Nature trails. Come and enjoy nature at its finest. The travel camper will be removed before closing.
