The lease includes tenants completing lawn mowing and ensuring the yard is watered. Expect to pay an additional $100 to $150 a month to water the yard. Tenants must notify landlord if sprinklers are not functioning, and lawn is not getting watered. They are required to manually water the lawn. The landlord and tenant will agree on sprinkler maintenance procedures.
