Private room in a nice neighborhood, new washing machine and dryer in-unit and large backyard. Single-story, carpeted house with air conditioning and optionally furnished living room. Shared bathroom and common areas. Street parking. No smoking, street parking, first contract is for 6 months, after that we can continue in 6 or 12 month leases. No fee for ending contract early but you must give me at least one month's notice. I will take care of all maintenance unless damage is caused by the renter.
