If you're interested, please let us know your proposed move in date and little about yourself, your employment situation, and any co-applicants. Thank you! This is a short-term lease. The ideal move-in date is sometime in the next 1-3 weeks, with a move-out date in mid-September. Rent is $900/month, with a $900 deposit. Utilities (electric, heat, water) are included. We'll consider pets on a case-by-case basis. Additional rent or deposit may be required. We kindly request that you don't smoke on the property.
