Looking for female roommate by city park, two bed one bath house. Street parking, fenced in backyard, washer/dryer, room is 9ftx10ft. Shared common areas so must be clean and clean up after yourself. Preferably 30 something female that does not work from home. I'm female, in my 30's free thinker, I like to be creative and have a lot of inside hobbies. I do not go hiking. I'm more outsidey then I am outdoorsy so you won't catch me going camping. I'll go out with friends but I'm a homebody. Must love dogs, I have two littles myself. Small dogs considered, nothing over 30lbs. No cats. I drink but don't smoke, 420 outside is fine, not a fan of it in the house though. No cigarettes. Wanting like minded respectful, clean girlie. Rent is $1,000 a month and split utilities two ways. Deposit $1,000 Utilities run $100-$150 a month per person depending on use. Room can be partially furnished as pictured or totally empty.
