Verifiable income with a reported monthly gross income must be 3x the amount of your monthly rent 3. Verifiable rental history and favorable responses from previous landlords 4. No convictions of bodily injuries or manufacturing of illegal substances 5. No guarantee of acceptance is implied. Inaccurate, false, or materially misleading information will disqualify applicant as a prospective renter. We will accept the first qualified application. After applying: Processing time for completed applications can take up to 5 business days. Once approved, the security deposit will be due within 72 hours and needs to be paid with a cashier's check or money order. The first month's rent (money order or cash only) is due at move in and the second month's rent will be prorated. If a co-signer is required to approve the application, the co-signer must meet the above criteria with the following changes: the FICO score must be 720 or higher and the monthly income requirements are 5 times the amount of the rent.
