You must come and see it. It is absolutely beautiful. Renters must have a permanent Job with evidence of stable income. Owner is not willing to rent to more than 5 people including children. The tenant must be responsible of the utilities every month and lawn maintenance as needed. Tenants are responsible for any damages or missing items after renting in the property and all it's contents. Only 1 small dog allowed fully vaccinated. Tenant must be willing to have rental insurance. Must pass income verification, credit and background check. There will be a non-refundable Application fee of $50.
