Hardwoods in main living areas and carpet in all bedrooms. Flat screen TVs located in living room, master bedroom, and one other bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit. Pool access available in season. All linens and towels provided. Maximum 30 days unless coordinated with owner. Military discount and multiple month discount. All utilities, cable and wifi included. Located just a few minutes from restaurants and shopping and less than 15 minutes to a Fort Bragg gate. This is an AIRBNB rental. The minimum stay is two nights at $105/night or $735/week. Each additional night is $105. For military ID holders the military discounted rate is: $90/night or $630/week. Must pay at least for the first week at time of booking if less than 2 weeks before stay. 50% of the rental payment is required at booking if more than 2 weeks before your stay. There is a $100 cleaning fee for all stays less than a month or a $150 cleaning fee for a stay over one month. A 7% mandatory occupancy tax will be added at final billing. The owner is an Army veteran and current Army spouse and understands if you are waiting on housing your end date of the rental may not be known. They are willing to try and accommodate for this as much as possible. A max of 2 small dogs are allowed (less than 50lbs each.) There is a non-refundable pet fee per dog. Sorry-no cats allowed. This is a smoke-free home.
