The property is close to a number of shops and restaurants including grocery stores, Lake Lanier, NE GA Medical Center, University of North GA and major freeways. Rent includes lawn service, trash and club amenities. This is a no smoking unit. The neighborhood restricts pet size to 22lbs. As such, small dog only for this residence. Occupancy in this unit is limited to 4 people. FOR RENTAL CONSIDERATION, prospective tenant(s) must have: 1. Combined monthly take home salary greater than 3 times rent (i.e. for this unit $4650 per month of take home income). 2. No prior evictions. 3. Currently employed or if retired or self employed, ability to demonstrate consistent monthly income or adequate savings for rent. Laundry and dryer hookup is available in unit.
